• Provide strategic support in the implementation of the Capital Market Development Strategy (CMDS), with a focus on marketing and communication strategies;
• Active engagement with government agencies, community organizations, the public, and potential investors, ensuring effective communication, and promoting the capital investment initiatives;

Capital Investment Project Communication Advisory:

• Provide communication expert advice from initial planning and needs assessment to feasibility studies, community outreach, conflict resolution and post-construction feedback of capital investment projects.
• Ensure transparency in operations and maintenance.
• Implement risk mitigation and crisis communication strategies as needed.

Development of Communication Guidelines and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Be responsible for development, implementation, and periodic updating of comprehensive communication guidelines;
• Implement best practices for effective communication throughout project lifecycles;
• Facilitate and maintain productive cooperation and coordination among national counterparts, project partners, and other relevant stakeholders through ensuring open and efficient communication channels to promptly address and resolve conflicts while maintaining transparency.

Promotion and Event Coordination:

• Actively participate in and coordinate meetings, training sessions, conferences, and public promotion of projects related to capital investment and development;
• Organize and manage various events to raise awareness and support for the projects.
• Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks as required to ensure the success of the initiatives.
